Changes to local rule 3011-1 and associated exhibits are proposed to comply with requirements from the Administrative Office and to require a certification by the party submitting the unclaimed dividends. Notes are appended to each revised rule. These rule amendments are posted for comment. Comments should be submitted to scbc_lr_review@scb.uscourts.gov by no later than April 30, 2011. Changes to local rules 1017-2 and 3015-3 are proposed to provide for the dismissal or conversion of chapter 13 cases in which confirmation is denied. The change incorporates notice currently contained in the Notice of Meeting of Creditors. Notes are appended to each revised rule. These rule amendments are posted for comment.
