Changes to local rule 3011-1 and associated exhibits are proposed to comply with requirements from the Administrative Office and to require a certification by the party submitting the unclaimed dividends. Notes are appended to each revised rule. These rule amendments are posted for comment. Comments should be submitted to scbc_lr_review@scb.uscourts.gov by no later than April 30, 2011.
