Judge Duncan welcomes Chris Huber as law clerk in his chambers effective October 1, 2012. Chris previously served as law clerk for U. S. District Judge Terry L. Wooten. Judge Duncan also thanks Dawn Hardesty for two years of service as law clerk. Dawn's last day is October 12, 2012 and she leaves to join Haynesworth Sinkler Boyd, PA in its Columbia office.
