The following local rules are effective April 1, 2016:
(1) 3015-2(c) is amended to clarify the duty of service for proposed amendments to a chapter 13 plan following confirmation. The paragraph is also amended to remove reference to a cover sheet for Exhibit A to SC LBR 3015-1 because SC LBR 3015-1 already requires a cover sheet if substantial changes are proposed to the form chapter 13 plan.
(2) Exhibit D to SC LBR 3015-5 and Exhibit C to SC LBR 9013-4 are amended to extend the deadline to object to a hardship discharge from 14 to 28 days.
