As a result of a recent presentation at the monthly SCBLA meeting, the Court was provided informational materials on entering into reaffirmation agreements. The Court is posting this information on the pro se portion of the Court's web site. Members of the bar may find that these materials are a helpful resource to provide to clients.

Interest Rate in Chapter 13 Cases (effective for cases filed on or after July 1, 2008). The Court thanks the members of the 2008 Interest Rate Committee for their work and recommendation.
