With great sadness, the Court announces the passing of Robert H. Cooper on July 22, 2026, following a prolonged illness. Mr. Cooper practiced bankruptcy law throughout South Carolina for over thirty years, primarily serving clients in the Upstate. During his career he was a zealous advocate and contributed significantly to the bankruptcy bar. The judges extend sincere condolences to Mr. Cooper's family, friends, and colleagues.  The Court will share his obituary when it is available.
