With great sadness, the Court announces the passing of Robert H. Cooper on July 22, 2026, following a prolonged illness. Mr. Cooper practiced bankruptcy law throughout South Carolina for over thirty years, primarily serving clients in the Upstate. During his career he was a zealous advocate and contributed significantly to the bankruptcy bar. The judges extend sincere condolences to Mr. Cooper's family, friends, and colleagues.
