Due to a software glitch, SC LBR 7056-1 was inadvertently omitted from the Local Rules posted on the Court’s website on December 1, 2017.  The issue has now been corrected, and SC LBR 7056-1 is now included in the set of Local Rules available here.  Anyone who downloaded the Local Rules prior to today should revisit the website and download the current Local Rules to ensure that they have the most current version.
