The Clerk’s Office public service window in Columbia will be closed on Friday, May 15, 2026, due to scheduled emergency preparedness training and electrical work.  Clerk’s Office staff will work remotely during regular business hours and be available by phone or email.  The Court’s CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research.  Pursuant to SC LBR 5005-4, pro se parties may utilize a drop box in the lobby of the Columbia courthouse to deliver documents for filing.  Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are also available for pro se filings.
