In anticipation of expected severe weather this weekend, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina’s Greenville location will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.  The Charleston and Columbia court locations will operate on a delayed schedule, opening at 10:00 a.m.  Employees will be teleworking during normal business hours and available by phone or email.  The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for pro se filings.
