The Judges, Clerk and staff of the United States Bankruptcy Court wish to recognize and congratulate Assistant United States Trustee John Timothy (Tim) Stack for his outstanding service and contribution to the bankruptcy system in the District of South Carolina.  Tim Stack has served as the Assistant United States Trustee for South Carolina since July 2013. He served as a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, District of South Carolina, from August 1987 to July 2013. He received his J.D. degree in 1982 from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  After 40 years of dedicated service to the bankruptcy bar, we wish him the best in his retirement on December 31st.
