As a reminder, automatic adjustments to the dollar amounts in certain provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and one provision of Title 28 of the United States Code go into effect on April 1, 2025, for cases filed on or after that date.  Further details regarding these changes and the revised Official Bankruptcy Forms and Directors Forms containing references to the affected dollar amounts can be found in the March 7, 2025 announcement.
