With great sadness, the Court announces the passing of attorney William Joseph Barr on December 21, 2023. William practiced bankruptcy law in Kingstree for close to 40 years.  His son, William Joseph Virgil Barr, noted that his dad loved helping people save their homes in chapter 13 nearly as much as he loved his family.  William’s obituary can be found here.
