With great sadness, the Court announces the passing of attorney Thomas Matthew Fryar on April 11, 2023. Tom practiced bankruptcy law in Columbia and Myrtle Beach for over 30 years. During his career he contributed significantly to the bankruptcy bar and was a past-president of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. His obituary can be found here.
