The J. Bratton Davis Courthouse will close to the public at 2:00 p.m. on October 17th.  Court staff will still be available to assist by telephone (803-765-5436) and will continue to receive filings through CM/ECF.  Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for pro se filings.
