The Court has created a new CM/ECF event for requests to temporarily extend the automatic stay.  The “Extend Automatic Stay – Temporarily” event may be used to file a Motion to Temporarily Extend the Automatic Stay if a hearing on a pending Motion to Extend the Stay cannot be held within 30 days of the petition date.  This new event will not allow filers to proceed unless there is a pending Motion to Extend the Stay on the docket, which filers should link to their request to temporarily extend the stay as an associated filing.  No hearing notice is required to be included with a Motion to Temporarily Extend the Stay.
