The Clerk's Office maintains a list of attorneys who have agreed to serve as a mediator pursuant to SC LBR 9019-2. If you are interested in serving as a mediator, please express your interest to Andrew Powell at Andrew_Powell@scb.uscourts.gov.  Pursuant to SC LBR 9019-2, parties can select a mediator on the Court's list or nominate some other qualified individual to serve as a mediator.
