The judges, Clerk, and staff of the Court thank Miranda B. Nelson for her dedicated work with the Court and wish her well as she joins the Wyche Law Firm in Columbia.  Today is her last day with the Court. Miranda joined the chambers of the Hon. David R. Duncan as a law clerk in August 2021.  She is a 2020 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and came to our Court after a one-year clerkship with Senior United States District Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr.  After Judge Duncan retired on May 31, 2023, Miranda shifted to a temporary position as Staff Attorney with the Clerk’s office. Best wishes Miranda!
