Diana Fairweather’s term as law clerk to Judge Gasparini will end on August 22, 2025.  Diana will join YVS Law, LLC in Annapolis, Maryland, where she will continue to practice bankruptcy law with a focus on Chapter 11 cases and commercial litigation.  Judge Gasparini and the staff of the United States Bankruptcy Court thank Diana Fairweather for her exemplary service, her outstanding job during her clerkship, and wish her the very best on her future endeavors.

Judge Gasparini is pleased to announce that Sadie Mehr will join her chambers as a term law clerk on August 25, 2025.  Sadie is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.  Sadie completed a summer internship in 2024 with former Chapter 13 Trustee, Pamela Simmons-Beasley.  She also previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph H. Lorintz of the Nassau County Supreme Court in New York.  Welcome Sadie!
