The United States Trustee Program recently released a new series of videos to assist debtors, attorneys, and creditors with the meeting of creditors required under Section 341 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.  Although 341 meetings are not court hearings and the Office of the United States Trustee is not part of the federal judiciary, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has authorized the advertising of these educational videos on court websites for the benefit of the public.
