Due to inclement weather, the Columbia courthouse will have a delayed opening at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 23, 2025, with hearings proceeding as scheduled.  The Charleston divisional office will be closed on Thursday, January 23rd and Friday, January 24th.  The Court’s CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research.  Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for pro se filings.
