The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observation of Independence Day on Saturday, July 4, 2026.  Additionally, pursuant to administrative orders entered by the United States District and Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, the Bankruptcy Court will be closed on Monday, July 6, 2026.  The Columbia courthouse will remain open on July 6, 2026, with limited Clerk’s Office staff onsite to accept pro se filings.  Please refer to this order for additional details regarding computing time during this period.
