As previously announced, the Court will be sponsoring a seminar for paralegals and legal assistants to be held on Friday, November 3, 2006 commencing at 9:00 am in Columbia, at the United States Bankruptcy Courthouse, 1100 Laurel Street in the 3rd floor courtroom. The seminar would be expected to end around 4:00 p.m. Presentations will be made by the judges, members of the Clerk's office, United States Trustee's office, and trustees. Topics will include new CM/ECF filing requirements and suggestions to ensure the better processing of cases and pleadings. The approval of CLE credit is anticipated for attendance.
