The Court is receiving reports that users are experiencing issues with accessing CM/ECF and PACER. This is a nationwide outage that is being actively addressed by the U.S. Courts.  We will issue an update as soon as the issues are resolved.  For the filing of any time-sensitive documents while CM/ECF is unavailable, please refer to the procedures set forth in SC LBR 5005-4(c).
