CM/ECF will be down November 25 and 26 while the Court upgrades to version 4.2. The new version contains many enhancements and requirements. Users will be required to submit all documents in PDF/a format following the upgrade. CM/ECF will also have heightened security requirements and users must create a password of at least 8 characters in length that is a combination of upper and lower case alphabetic characters and at least one number or special character. Additional information about version 4.2 can be found on the Court's webpage. CM/ECF will also be unavailable December 3, 2011 between 8:00 a.m. and noon. Please refer to Operating Order 08-06 if an emergency filing is necessary while CM/ECF is unavailable.
