As previously announced, the Court will be upgrading CM/ECF to version 3.1 to comply with the statistical reporting requirements as a result of BAPCPA. CM/ECF will be unavailable on Sunday, October 15, 2006 to accommodate the upgrade. A notice will be sent when the system is available.
