The United States Trustee and The United States Attorney have advised the Court of a criminal prosecution which may be of interest to the bar. The United States Attorney has indicted an Orangeburg man for criminal contempt for filing a bankruptcy petition in violation of an order of the Bankruptcy Court and for making false statements in his bankruptcy petition.
