The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules has proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure including Rule 3015. The Committee also proposes a national chapter 13 plan along with changes to other forms. The public comment period closes February 15, 2014. Comments may be submitted from the website. You are encouraged to comment.
