The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved several changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule relating to implementation of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 and the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. The changes to these fees have been highlighted and take effect on January 1, 2007.
