Due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict, all bankruptcy case matters originally scheduled in Charleston SC before Judge John E. Waites on March 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. will be rescheduled to March 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Charleston, SC. An omnibus order to that effect will be entered. The deadline for submitting settlements, withdrawals and continuance requests pursuant to Chambers Guidelines for those matters will remain as March 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
