The U.S. Trustee program is updating the State Median Family Income figures and the I.R.S. Bankruptcy Allowable Living Expenses figures available at http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/meanstesting.htm. The new figures will apply to petitions filed on or after November 1, 2011.
