Clara E. (Lizzie) Weston has completed her term in Judge Duncan’s chambers, having taken a sabbatical from private practice. Her experience and steady hand have been a benefit to both chambers and the court. She will be missed as she begins work with Robinson Gray and returns to private practice. Judge Duncan also welcomes Kathryn A. Waites to his chambers as Law Clerk. Katie has completed terms as a law clerk to three other bankruptcy judges in North Carolina, Kentucky, and California and engaged in private practice for eight years. She will primarily work remotely.
