In addition to the federal holiday on July 4, 2023, the Court will be closed on Monday July 3, 2023, with the limited exception that the Columbia courthouse location will be open with limited staff onsite to accept pro se filings.  Please see the attached order for details regarding the Court’s closure and for computing time.
