Previous notices sent on August 18, 2006 and September 7, 2006 informed you that the Court would be upgrading CM/ECF to versions 3.0 and 3.1. As was previously indicated, new statistical information will be required effective October 17, 2006 per BAPCPA requirement. Therefore, on October 15, 2006, CM/ECF will be unavailable in order for the court to upgrade the CM/ECF software version to 3.1. It is important that you contact your bankruptcy software vendor to take any steps necessary to ensure your software program is compatible with CM/ECF - 3.1 Version.
