CM/ECF will be unavailable April 20, 2013, while the Court upgrades from 4.3 to version 5.1. CM/ECF 5.1 introduces some enhancements and new federal requirements. "Mobile Query" will be available for portability of CM/ECF queries via devices such as iPads, iPhones, Blackberries, Notebooks and Smartphones. Also, CM/ECF 5.1 allows the capability of entering up to five SSNs and/or five EINS per debtor. Effective May 1, 2013, the Claims Transfer Filing Fee of $25 per transfer will become effective.
