Case Assignment Reminder

As previously advised, the judges have agreed to a revised case assignment procedure. On or about June 10, 2025, bankruptcy cases will be assigned as indicated in the Administrative Order dated March 12, 2025.  As the Administrative Order provides, the judges may vary from the stated assignment as necessary to carry out the work of the Court.  To minimize disruption, the court calendars will remain the same and self-scheduling calendars have been updated to reflect the revised case assignment.  For hearing or scheduling questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office according to the Judge Information for the assigned judge.
The judges have attempted to employ uniform guidelines and procedures and coordinate calendars, and will endeavor to continue that practice, and will work together during the transition to process filings and pending calendar matters without delay.
After the new assignment date, please check the case docket to confirm the assigned judge and select the date, place, and time that is appropriate for the judge assigned to the case at the time any new pleading is filed.
