Proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure have been approved by the Supreme Court and transmitted to Congress. Unless Congress takes action otherwise, amendments will become effective on December 1, 2002, to the following rules: 1004 (Involuntary Petition Against a Partnership), 2004 (Examination), 2015 (Duty to Keep Records, Make Reports and Give Notice of Case), 4004 (Grant or Denial of Discharge), 9014 (Contested Matters), 9027 (Removal).
