Brian Calub transferred from his position in the chambers of Judge John E. Waites to term law clerk with Judge Helen E. Burris on June 27, 2022. Brian previously clerked for both Judge Waites and Judge Bishop in 2003-2006 and then practiced law until 2021, when he returned to the Court. Brian has accepted a position with Wells Fargo in Charlotte, N.C., resulting in a vacancy in Judge Burris’ chambers in Greenville, S.C. Thank you to Brian for his service to the court and best wishes with the new position.
