Law Clerk Announcement

Jayda Means has completed her term as law clerk in Judge Burris’ chambers. She has accepted a position within the Government division at Fluor Corporation as a Principal Prime Contract Manager. The Court thanks Jayda for her service and wishes her well in her new position. Campbell Plumblee will remain in Greenville in her second year with Judge Burris.


Marshall Bozeman’s term as a law clerk to Judge Gasparini will come to an end on January 15th.  Judge Gasparini is excited that he will remain with the Court and wishes to thank him for all his hard work. Marshall will move back to the Greenville area and will return to Judge Burris’ chambers as her career law clerk.


Sarah Kistler remains with Judge Gasparini as her career law clerk. Diana K. Fairweather will join her as Judge Gasparini’s new term clerk and will be in the Columbia office. Diana is a graduate of Davidson College and a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as a research assistant to Professor Deborah Gerhardt and a staff member on the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. The summer prior to receiving her Juris Doctor, Diana was selected through the ABA Antitrust Section competitive public service fellowship program to intern for the Consumer Protection Division of the Tennessee Attorney General Office. Prior to law school, she worked as a business immigration paralegal for a firm in Atlanta and served as a public affairs intern for the U.S. Consulate in Milan, Italy.  Diana will start on January 16th.
