The local rules have been updated in accordance with the draft changes released for comment on October 16, 2020 (with minor corrections).  A list of changes can be found in the October 16, 2020, announcement found here.   The Court has also incorporated the various interim rules for subchapter V cases formerly found in Local Rule 2081-3 and Operating Order 20-09.  The Court has updated the hearing notices for a chapter 13 hardship discharge and for a claim objection to be consistent with changes to the local rules.  New local forms are also available to seek a standard or a hardship discharge in a chapter 12 case and to request a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 1192 in a chapter 11, subchapter V case.  Finally, various fee changes are effective today.  A full list of fee changes can be found here.
