On November 30, 2015, CM/ECF will be upgraded to implement the substantial form changes effective December 1st. The upgrade will take several hours and requires the system to be shutdown. Therefore, beginning at 6:00 pm on Monday, November 30th, CM/ECF will be unavailable to all users. It is anticipated that the system will be available again at 1:00 am on Tuesday, December 1st, and will be fully functional by normal business hours that day. This time frame should minimize the disruption of routine business operations while allowing the required upgrade to proceed as necessary. Please refer to SCLBR 5005-4 for alternate filing procedures during this time.
