As a result of the provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 regarding Chapter 13 discharge, new Local Rule 3015(j) and (k) and related exhibits will be implemented effective September 29, 2006. The Rule is attached hereto for public review. A comment period will be available to the bar immediately for thirty (30) days, expiring Friday, October 13, 2006.
