BNC NOTICING ENHANCEMENTS
Two new Bankruptcy Noticing Center enhancements have recently been implemented. The Court certificate of service of Form 210B, "Notice of Transfer of Claims Other than for Security" will now include the claim number and name/address of each alleged transferor on the Court's copy. Prior versions did not include this information.
Also, CM/ECF's mailing matrix will now indicate if addresses have been substituted by a preferred address pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(f) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002 (g)(4). The label will include the original address as well as the preferred address. Undeliverable (i.e. incomplete) and duplicate addresses will also be clearly indicated on the matrix.
