The Local Forms page of the Court’s website has been updated. Under the tab Local Rules Forms and Pro Hac Vice Forms, forms no longer in use have been removed and the Hearing Notice (Motion Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 4001(d)) has been updated. The Locally Maintained Court Forms page has also been reorganized and forms no longer in use have been removed. Note that forms under the Adversary Proceedings heading have also been updated.

Under Local Rules and Orders, Administrative & Operating Orders, the Court has removed any orders no longer in use, and amended and posted Operating Order 22-02 Filings by Individuals Not Represented by Counsel (Pro Se Individuals). That Operating Order was originally entered to allow certain electronic filings by pro se parties. The amended version removes the option for pro se parties to file paper documents at the Charleston courthouse location.  Please consult these pages for future submissions.
