As previously announced, in order to comply with the new statistical reporting requirements of the BAPCPA, the Court was required to modify certain events to receive statistical credit. One of these modifications included the filing of Chapter 13 Plans/Amended Plans and related motions. The Court created new processes in order to eliminate the need for entering separate docket entries to reflect the filing of related motions within a Chapter 13 Plan. Filers are reminded to follow these procedures to ensure proper reporting. In order to further clarify the procedure for e-filing the Chapter 13 Plan and Chapter 13 Amended Plan, these participant's guides have been updated. The main revision to these participant's guides is to consolidate steps (steps 5 and 5a) into one single step. Click here to review the updated participant's guide.
