In observance of the July 4th Holiday, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5, 2024.  These days will be treated the same as a federal holiday for the purpose of computing time under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Local Rules, and any applicable statute.  The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) will remain available for pro se filings.
