Judge Waites invites members of the bankruptcy bar and their staff to a meeting to review recent changes to his Chambers Guidelines on Wednesday April 26, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Charleston courtroom. Chambers recommends reviewing the guidelines in advance for any questions you may have about the updated procedures. The meeting will last for approximately one hour, and has been approved for CLE credit.

Please plan on arriving early to allow time for the required security screening and be prepared to present a picture I.D. to the Court’s security officers.
