Relocation of Divisional Office from Spartanburg to Greenville Effective Tuesday, March 1, 2022

On February 1, 2022, the Court announced it anticipated completing the relocation of its divisional office from Spartanburg to the Clement F. Haynsworth Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Greenville by the first of March. That move is now complete and the Court’s new Greenville location at 300 East Washington Street will open as scheduled on March 1, 2022. Bankruptcy facilities there include offices for clerk’s office staff, a courtroom, two conference rooms, a public access terminal, and offices for a resident judge and chambers staff. Parking is available in parking decks located on the blocks surrounding the Haynsworth Building, as well as limited on-street parking. Court staff, phone numbers, email addresses, and the address for mailing documents to the Court have not changed. Documents and payments should continue to be mailed to: U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 1100 Laurel Street, Columbia, SC 29201, unless electronically filed by attorneys or other registered CM/ECF users pursuant to SC LBR 5005-4.
