The judges of the court have amended Operating Order 20-14 to alter the mask requirement for the Columbia and Charleston courthouses to consider CDC guidelines. The change is to paragraph 2, and it is effective immediately. The Spartanburg courthouse will follow any similar orders entered by the district court.
