The Court will continue to operate, business as usual, on Monday, April 11, 2011, and for a few weeks beyond that period, even in the event that Congress does not reach a budget resolution by Friday, April 8. The Judiciary will be funded from fee revenue and other sources that will allow it to continue to operate until those funds are depleted. We will update you as needed.
